Work Experience            

•             Experience in a senior management role in Digital Transformation or equivalent position in a global environment.

•             Experience leading an agile team, embedding design thinking and delivering new digital customer experiences and channels

•             Experience in a federated structure with matrixed team leadership responsibilities.

•             Demonstrated experience driving digital transformation and business growth through innovation and the implementation of technology.

•             Solid knowledge in emerging technologies, and the ability to apply these in the service of the company’s key business goals.

•             Experience in participating in complex, major change initiatives; demonstrated skills in change management.

•             An entrepreneurial mindset; able and interested to pursue new business opportunities.

Education/ Professional Certification    

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field; MBA preferred
  • 12+ years of progressive and relevant leadership practice
